My goal is to help you find balance in your life, develop healthy boundaries, and come to a greater understanding of yourself and others. I believe that learning how to care for yourself is essential. I offer guidance, but focus on helping you uncover your own strengths and unique answers. I have learned that our pain, and our healing, is our greatest source of wisdom, courage, and compassion.
